If you are not completely satisfied with the product, SIDDs Mart return & Replacement policy offers you an option to return or exchange a product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to the availability of the item in our stock. In case of the exchange, you will get a coupon code by SMS and Email for the same amount you paid. Then you can order a new product of your choice after applying the coupon code at checkout. The return will be accepted within the return period of the product.

Please note, in case of multiple products in an order, partial refund is not acceptable. Refund of the entire order only will be entertained. Refund will be applicable only in case of single product.

At the time of return, please make sure that product is in its original packaging along with all the accessories and tags intact along with the invoice.

Below mentioned are the conditions that would not be considered valid for the return of the products purchased. As the products get returned & received by us, you can either opt for discount coupon or a refund voucher.

Headphones: The seal of the box must be intact. In case the seal is found void, the product will not be returned unless there is any manufacturing defect found. But, this should be done only within 07 days, from the date of delivery.

Watches: These should be returned in the original packing. The frame or glass should not have any scratch and the crystals (if any) embedded in the frame should also be intact.

Shoes: There should not be any fold marks, dirt or scratches. If found, the shoes will be considered as used and will not be returned. Refund is valid in the case if you received wrong product and we don’t have your selected product in stock. Otherwise, if you are having any size or fitting issue your shoe will be replaced. Refund request will not be accepted in not liking case.

What is SIDDs MartReturn & Refund Policy?

We believe in Customer Satisfaction. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with the product, you can return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the amount paid. We ask that you return us the product in its original condition and unused along with the original packaging, tags and accessories (if any).

Returns, Exchange and Refunds are valid on all the orders.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, it goes under a thorough quality check. If the product passes the quality check process, then you will get replacement/refund.

How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, mail us at care@SIDDs Martwith your order id, contact number and reason for return.

How the return process works?

Product can be returned in the following ways:-

Reverse pick-up from your shipping address– Our reverse pick up facility is available only at the selected locations (depending upon the postal codes) which are given by our logistics partners under their serviceable network. We will inform you about the same at the time of accepting your return request.

Self-shipment by customer – In case a reverse pick up is not available at your pin code as it is not serviceable by our logistics partner, we would request you to kindly self-ship the product and the returned shipment should be reached to us within 07 days of providing the return address details to you. Please send us the scanned copy of courier slip within 3 days of dispatching the product. For all self-shipments, we will reimburses. 100 or the courier charges mentioned on the scanned slip whichever is lesser, towards shipment charges as Discount Coupons which can be used to purchase any product from our website in the future. Please note that all returns are subject to product quality checking.

How long will the return process take?

Once we received the product at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes upto 24 hours. As soon as the product passes the inspection. We will re-dispatch the new product within 24 hours, subject to availability of product at that time. So you will get the product within 7 days.

How will I receive my refund?

The refund process for the money will be initiated only after the product is received by the SIDDs Mart You will get a call by our executive and asked for the confirmation of the discount coupon or bank transfer.

The amount will be credited to your bank account on Wednesday after we receive the product and that have passed the quality check process. Shipping charges will be deducted from your total amount.

In case you opt for discount coupon, you will get the coupon of same amount by SMS and Email. After the quality check process is cleared. This credit/coupon can be used to purchase SIDDs Martproducts in the future.

What is SIDDs Martexchange policy?

We would be happy to exchange your product if the product have the technical fault or damaged at no extra charge. To initiate a return, you can email us at return@siddsmart.com

You can exchange your order within 07 days from the date of purchase for a different product of the same amount or more than that by paying remaining amount by online payment through Debit/Credit Card or Net banking. We only ask that you return us the product in its original condition and unused along with the original packaging, tags and accessories (if any).

Once the product is received at our warehouse, it goes under a thorough quality check. If the product passes the quality check process, the exchange request will be processed.

Which items can be exchanged?

You can exchange almost everything if your product is faulty or damaged.

What items can I buy in exchange?

You can purchase any product of your liking. However, the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.

How soon will be the exchanged product delivered?

The exchanged product will dispatch within 24 hours of receiving the faulted product. Normal delivery schedule applies for the delivery of exchanged products as well. However, if there’s a delay, we will keep you informed via email and SMS.

Will I be charged for exchange?

Exchanges are free of cost! But if you choose a product of higher value, the difference will have to be incurred by you.

Can I cancel the exchange order?

If you wish to cancel the exchange order, please get in touch with our customer care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, it can be canceled and the amount can be refunded to you in the bank account in 7-10 working days.
